I find immense fulfillment in nurturing holistic wellness and guiding others on their inner healing journey, helping them turn over a new leaf in life.
My journey with yoga began 12 years ago when my mom brought me to my first yoga class. Although I drifted away from the practice for a while, I rediscovered it five years ago. I started to realize how much yoga was benefiting my stress levels, mental well-being, and overall self-care. I found joy in gracefully moving from one yoga pose
My journey with yoga began 12 years ago when my mom brought me to my first yoga class. Although I drifted away from the practice for a while, I rediscovered it five years ago. I started to realize how much yoga was benefiting my stress levels, mental well-being, and overall self-care. I found joy in gracefully moving from one yoga pose to another, gaining strength, flexibility, and a newfound appreciation for my body. As I delved deeper into yoga, I became eager to learn and grow as a practitioner. This led me to pursue teacher training in 2020. Throughout this training, I discovered that the yoga community provided me with a sense of belonging, where I could be myself without fear of judgment. On my mat, I found a space where I could let go of my worries and be fully present with my thoughts, cultivating gratitude and a deeper connection with myself. This journey allowed me to trust in my own healing process. Now, as a yoga instructor, I specialize in teaching vinyasa, hatha, and restorative styles, incorporating pranayama (breathwork) into my classes. Each session I lead is unique, filled with positive energy and compassion. My goal is to create a safe environment where students can explore their practice with mindfulness and personal growth. I aim to help students feel comfortable and encourage them to honor their bodies, minds, and souls throughout their yoga journey, offering them grace along the way.
